Convicted Felon Admits to Having Gun and Ammo
Rollins admitted that in January 2010, he took a gun to an acquaintance's house in Nicholas County.
According to a press release from the U.S. Attorney's Office, Rollins admitted that he deliver a Taurus revolver, which he kept at his mother's house in Big Chimney.
Rollins is not permitted to have a firearm after being convicted in 2007 of manufacturing marijuana and attempt to cultivate marijuana. According to the release, Rollins knew he was not allowed to possess a firearm of ammunition.
Rollins faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine when he is sentenced on August 12, 2011.
The West Virginia State Police conducted the investigation. Assistant United States Attorney Larry Ellis is in charge of the prosecution.

Kentucky State Police arrested David Gray, 48, on Thursday around 3:00 p.m.
A Perry County grand jury indicted Gray on three counts of wanton endangerment on January 28 and that warrant was served Thursday.
KSP said the indictment alleges Gray fired a handgun while inside his Christopher Road apartment, the night of February 24, 2010, while around an infant and two adults.
Gray was taken to the Bourbon County Jail, where he remains on a $30,000 cash bond.
Gray is a former Perry County Sheriff's Deputy.
